Due to the nature of professional accounting and bookkeeping services, all fees are non-refundable once services have commenced. This includes, but is not limited to, onboarding, cleanup work, consulting, monthly bookkeeping, and advisory services.

In limited circumstances, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion if no work has begun. Any approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.

Subscription & Recurring Services
Clients enrolled in recurring monthly services may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice prior to the next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Charges already processed are not refundable.

One-Time Services
Payments for one-time or project-based services (including bookkeeping cleanups, consultations, and setup services) are non-refundable once work has started or resources have been allocated.

Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have questions or concerns regarding your invoice or services, please contact us directly prior to initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving billing matters promptly and professionally. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
